The building ownership sought a modern, efficient replacement solution that would minimize installation complexity while maintaining system performance and compatibility with the existing ductwork infrastructure.

Our Approach

To meet these goals, we proposed and installed AAON E Cabinet Rooftop Units in combination with solid bottom plenum curbs.

The plenum curbs were strategically installed on top of the existing steel dunnage, allowing the new units’ supply and return openings to align seamlessly with the building’s current duct system. This eliminated the need for extensive duct modifications and significantly reduced installation time and cost.
